7. Is the new location near where you live?
8. Are the existing utilities such as the cooling, lighting and heating systems available for immediate use or will they need overhauling?
9. Are the people who you're targeting as customers in the vicinity? Is the population density of the area where your business will be enough for your sales needs?
10. Is the area that you have in mind heavily dependent on seasonal business?
11. Will crime insurance be very expensive?
12. Will the other businesses attract customers who will most likely patronize your services or products?

14. Are there any competitors that are located in the same neighborhood? If there are, will you be able to compete with them?
15. Do you have parking space available for your customers?
All of the questions listed here are very applicable questions for those people who would like to either relocate their business or put a business in a certain neighborhood.
