Putting this wonderful wreath made of fresh roses on the wall creates a romantic ambience.

Materials:

2" Styrofoam
serrated knife
cardboard
floral dye (green)
2" wire-edged ribbon
floral pins
water tubes
sponge
fresh roses
Baker fern

Instruction:

Purchase a green heart-shaped floral foam if possible. If not, cut a template and the Styrofoam and then dye the top green. Let it dry.

Pin the ribbon in place along the outer edge and trim the excess. Pin a length of ribbon to the heart for hanging in four places to stabilize it. Add a bow to the top.

Fill the tubes with water and replace the rubber caps. Use a sponge to protect your hand and push them into the wreath form about 1 ½ inches apart.

Remove the leaves and trim each rose at an angle until the tubes are full. Tuck the ferns inside the tubes for filler. Refill the tubes daily with fresh water.
