Pizza Margherita

1 lb mozzarella cheese
100 grams of tomatoes
12 basil leaf
3 spoons virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Thin crust

Cut mozzarella cheese in small chunk. Cut tomatoes in chunk. Put mozzarella cheese, tomatoes on the crust. Add basil leaf and virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degree for 5-10 minutes

Italian Sausage Pizza

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 cup tomatoes
½ cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 spoons virgin olive oil
1 Thin crust
Fresh Basil

Cook sausage in saucepan. Slice and put on the crust. Add basil, tomatoes and ricotta cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Top with virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese.

3 spoons virgin olive oil
1 thin crust

Put garlic, oregano and pepperoni on the crust.   Add virgin olive oil. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 5-10 minutes

1 cup Italian tomatoes
2 onions sliced
16 black olives
16 capers
4 spoons virgin olive oil
2 spoons Basil
1 thin crust

Put Italian tomatoes, onions, black olives and capers on the crust.   Add virgin olive oil. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 5-10 minutes

1 cup Italian tomatoes
6 anchovies
½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 spoons oregano
4 spoons virgin olive oil
1 thin crust

Put mozzarella cheese, Italian tomatoes, anchovies and oregano on the crust.   Add virgin olive oil. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 5-10 minutes

½ cup Italian tomatoes
½ cup clams
2 spoons fresh garlic
2 spoons fresh parsley
1 spoon oregano

Cook in saucepan clams, garlic and parsley with virgin olive oil. Put on the crust with Italian tomatoes and oregano.   Add salt, pepper and virgin olive oil. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 5-10 minutes
