You found one made up of your own name that is available and decided to make that domain name for your website.

You had this planned for some weeks before you decided to take the domain name as your own. After days of contemplating, you decided to get that domain name. But lo and behold, the next time you checked out the same domain name, it surprisingly became unavailable. Someone has already taken it ahead of you. Your namesake domain name just got registered by another company. In such an instance, your domain name has just been stolen.

There are many enterprising individuals over the Internet that will try to make it big online. It just so happens that sometimes what they are doing is something less than fair for everyone else.
