Arranging Stockless Buying is when the supplier and the manufacturer ties up with a certain small boat manufacturer so to make sure that there is enough stocks at the right time. It is a matter of meeting half way, compromising with the small boat manufacturer with regard to when will they be manufacturing this particular item, having it reserved and bought at the right time to avoid having dead stocks.
